Caesars loves Thistledown location; Penn National will try to move two horse tracks
Caesars Entertainment Corp. says it has no plans to move Thistledown further away from its downtown Cleveland casino, even if Ohio okays video slot machines at the state’s seven horse racing tracks. Concerns about race tracks and casinos being too close has Penn National Gaming ready to propose moving two of its operations.
